Service · warranty
A defect found? We carry your file.
You benefit from two warranties that stack: ours, firm and dated according to the condition of the part, and that of the manufacturer or the shop that certified it. Our role is to help you enforce both.

The duration
Our warranty runs according to the condition sold
On top of the manufacturer’s warranty, we guarantee our products against manufacturing, material and design defects. The duration depends on the condition in which the part is delivered to you, and runs from delivery.
New (NEW)
12 monthsNew original part, delivered with its certificate of conformity.
Overhauled (OH)
6 monthsFully overhauled part certified by an approved organization, with its release certificate.
Serviceable (SV)
3 monthsUsed part tested and certified serviceable, with its release certificate.
A part sold As Removed ships without certification or guarantee of operation: it gives right to none of these durations. We tell you so on the quote, before the order.
How it works
From declaration to decision
The file goes through five statuses, all visible in your customer area: declared, in progress, return requested, resolved or refused.
-
Step 1
You request an RMA
Within 5 business days of receiving the goods: invoice or order number, reference, quantity and reason for the return.
-
Step 2
We issue the RMA
We send you the return authorization and the shipping address. It is what opens the file.
-
Step 3
You send the part back
It must reach us within 5 business days of the RMA being issued, accompanied by this number. Transport, packaging and insurance at your expense.
-
Step 4
Assessment
By us, or by a third party if the nature of the defect requires it. You give us every facility to carry out the necessary findings.
-
Step 5
Refund, replacement or repair
If the part is found defective, we refund it, replace it or repair it at our expense. If the defect falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we carry the file to the upstream supplier.
The scope
What is covered, what is not
Covered
- Manufacturing, material or design defect, within the duration attached to the condition sold.
- Part not matching the announced condition or certificate.
- Reference error on our part.
Not covered
- Use not in line with the instructions or the intended purpose of the product.
- External constraints and force majeure.
- Normal wear of a life-limited part.
- Part sold As Removed, without certification or guarantee of operation.
- Part disassembled or opened outside an approved organization.
Our commitments
What we commit to
Enforcing your right, even when the guarantor is at the other end of the chain.
-
Your release documents are given to you at delivery. They identify the guarantor of your part and its condition, hence the duration attached to it. Without them, no claim can succeed.
-
The RMA is the key to the file. Without it, nothing can be processed: any goods received without prior authorization are returned to the sender, at their expense.
-
We carry the file to the upstream supplier. You do not have to negotiate with an American manufacturer yourself. However, we do not guarantee the outcome of its review.
-
The file is traceable online at every step. Like an order. You check its status at any time, without having to chase us.
Full transparency
What can make a file fail
Three situations block a claim. Two relate to procedure, the third to our assessment. Better to know them before disassembling.
Return without RMA
Any goods returned without prior authorization are sent back to you at your expense. Request the RMA before shipping anything.
Request out of time
The RMA must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the goods, and the part must reach us within 5 business days of its issue. In case of a latent defect, notify us without delay, without waiting for these deadlines.
Refusal based on our assessment
We assess the merits of each claim, after assessment where applicable, and reserve the right to refuse a return without having to justify our decision.
A transport damage is not a warranty claim: it requires reservations to be made with the carrier on receipt, in the form and legal time limit of article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, and any non-receipt must be reported to us within 72 hours. After these deadlines, the recourse is lost. Return transport, packaging and insurance costs remain at your expense.
